PAYMENT OPTIONS

Items ordered must be paid for in full before items will be shipped. We accept Direct deposit, Visa, MasterCard or cheque. Items purchased by personal or company checks will be held until the cheque has cleared.

PRICING AND SALES TAX

janekits.com.au web prices are inclusive of GST. Any purchases made from overseas will be processed with no GST. All prices are in Australian Dollars, and do not include freight and handling charges.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavor to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and janekits.com.au’s rights and obligations to each other.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that janekits.com.au is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), janekits.com.au’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS

janekits.com.au uses Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods.

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 7 days, depending on the delivery company chosen. janekits.com.au is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received.

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of janekits.com.au. If damage has occurred, please call us immediately with the invoice number and tracking number of the parcell. Please note the condition of the packaging and retain it in case the shipper requires an inspection. Our responsibility for damage ceases when the carrier accepts the shipment, please contact the carrier to make damage claims.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

janekits.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Jane Kits will not accept refunds *

if you simply change your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not want the purchase or had no use for it.

* if you misused a product in any way that caused the problem.

* after 30 days from purchase or shipping date.

Should you have a complaint or wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Refunds are made at the discretion of janekits.com.au. All of Jane Kits products have a 60 day warranty beginning from  date of shipping. This warranty extends to faulty or defective products only that are sold by Jane Kits. Buyer shall at Jane Kit’s option return any alleged defective product to Jane Kits at Buyer’s expense. This warranty extends to original purchaser only. We offer free technical support for all our products. Should you have difficulty obtaining the desired results, you may contact us for help. If you do experience difficulties obtaining the desired finish, you should attempt to remedy any problems by referring to the ‘Plating Manual’ seeking information on our website or by calling us to receive technical advice.

All Jane Plating Kits products are designed to be successfully used in conjunction with other Jane Plating Kits products. They are not designed and or recommended to be used with anything other than Jane Plating Kits products listed throughout our website. Purchasing singular items from our website and then attempting to use these with products sourced from other third parties is not recommended. Jane Plating Kits are not responsible if damage arises from the use of our products outside of what they are intended for, which includes any products that are not supplied by Jane Plating Kits.

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and janekits.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
